At Sleep Comfortably, we want you to love your loungewear as much as your rest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
